[ISSUE] Get smoke tests to 100%

So we cheated a bit. The expected balances for each tx is the ones generated by thorchain. So they may not be actually correct. But by merging this, we lock thorchain into its current behavior, and any unintended changes would be flagged by the smoke tests. We'll continue to work on validating the balances are actually correct in the background.
