[feature] LP into a specific pool via any asset

This change allows people to LP into a pool from any asset on any chain. This means that a Bitcoiner can LP into an ETH pool, and withdraw back to bitcoin when withdrawing. The withdrawal asset is always the gas asset of the asset address chain, if the address is on a different chain.

This is a first step to allowing yield bearing assets.
