[docs] Add liquidity_tolerance_bps to quickstart swap guide

I already made the necessary edits to quickstart_guide.md, but I can't push a new branch to thornode. Free PR points to whomever wants to push 😄

• Adds liquidity_tolerance_bps info
• Adds quote error info on dust error
• Fixes a few error descriptions + request URLs
