ADD: Streaming LP Yield

Context

With #2022 (closed) all users will accrue yield outside the pools

With #2050 (closed) the protocol will have an extensible Yield Module

Desired

Let users set up Yield Streaming of their RUNE Yield to a preferred asset.

Auto-streaming

When the user claims yield, they can nominate auto-streaming to an asset (using the yield module):
