[ADD] Update RUNE burned from BEP2

There is a discrepancy of RUNE supply

The reason of this discrepancy is , a while back , there was a bug which get fixed at release-0.56.0 , that user swap to BEP2 RUNE , which cause asgard to have more RUNE than it should. The bug had been fixed , and RUNE supply had been corrected at version 0.56.0
