Make it possible to install non-updated applications via openstore
Ubuntu Touch is now evolving rapidly, in line with the releases of Ubuntu LTS versions every two years. At the same time, many applications are not updated and republished for the new platforms, so they can no longer be installed via the open-store application on updated devices, even though in many cases they are partially or fully functional.
Hence the need and this proposal to adapt open-store to make it possible to install these non-updated versions, with, of course, a warning message to users that they are doing so under their own exclusive responsibility.
