Make unconfined warning user friendly
The warning that pops up the first time you open the OpenStore app is not user friendly and very scary. This originated from the days when the OpenStore only had unconfined/restricted permission apps. Instead we should not show the popup on the first start but rather show a popup when installing a unconfined app or one that has restricted permissions. This popup should explain what the app has access to and that the OpenStore reviews the source code for these apps, but it's not responsible for any bad things that might happen. This popup should happen once when you install the app. Also this popup should show up when upgrading an app if the permissions have changed.
