build instructions for Debian

Debian Bullseye has no qt5-default and I had to install qtbase5-dev and qt5-qmake to get it to build.

The instructions say to cd app but you actually need to run qmake and make from the top level source directory instead.

It's possible to run without installing using ./samplebrain.
