Mob Mutation is Missing

The mutation system from old TMWA is missing. This means all monsters have fixed stats.

Which is OK, but some RNG is cool as well, so a new field on mob_db for mutation, and some shuffling at creation could be interesting; But one must keep aware that @reloadmobdb may cause... weird bugs.
