Flip jobs cards back after reading "More Info"

Feat: On jobs.html, when viewing on any platform, once the jobs card is flipped, it cannot be flipped back.

User Story: As a jobs peruser, I want to be able to look at multiple jobs before selecting the one for which I will apply and the inability to flip cards back leaves me unsatisfied and distracts from my user experience.

Recommended Implementation: Clicking anywhere on the card should flip it back.
