Add chkd folder & cosmonarchy profile

• Add chkd folder & cosmonarchy profile
• Initialize the paths to the default cosmonarchy install location
• Initialize the custom unit tree with semi-appropriate groupings of unitIds for cosmonarchy
• Initialize the custom sprite tree with semi-appropriate groupings of spriteIds (and unit ids negated and minus 10,000 for unit pure sprites, or negated and minus 20,000 for sprite units) for cosmonarchy
