no idea what i'm doing...

i'm new to this. aaaaaaall of this because it's been 20+ years since i did anything related to coding and the sorts. i can't find any basic tutorial on how to grab a mySQL database (username and name) to save a life. i need screenshots to show me everything step by step. i tried youtube and i couldn't find anything.

where are even the basic .zip files to this code? i see nothing and i get crazy confused when i read the install.txt - where even is the enth3 folder? where? where? where?

i feel like just joining fanlistings by hand and not even bother using a script. ):
