Question: TZIP Governance

TZIP-1 explains the overall process on how interested parties can submit their draft, what stages it has to go through, templates, and places for making it visual (Agora) but it lacks a description on the overall governance structure.

In order to contribute I am missing the following information:

  • What organization/entity organizes the work here is an example which is indeed an overkill but you get the idea
  • Compliance rules or contributor guidelines
  • Decision making process for acceptance
  • Committee that makes the decisions
  • How this commitee is elected
  • How to approach in general a "responsible person"
  • Where a community is communicating e.g. Discord
  • Whoe and where are regular meetings organized and how can the different stakeholders in the ecosystem be reached on changes
  • Who is responsible for checking if the documents are up-to-date
  • This is also connected to my request #68 and having absolutely zero clue on how to proceed here ;)

I am tagging @tulpenhaendler here as an interested stakeholder.

I would be happy to discuss this in a meeting as well and help to get things going.

Best regards Carlo
