Trusted peers should prefer each other when opening connections
I'm running several nodes in different data centers across the US. I've added each node (address and ID) to each other node's trusted list. What I've noticed is that there doesn't seem to be any priority or preferred treatment of my trusted nodes from the others. I would expect that if node A trusts B, and C, then node A would always attempt to maintain connection to B and C. And if B also trusts A, B would try to maintain that connection too. My observation over several days has been that A, B, and C will drop connections to each other (for whatever reason) and make connections with other, untrusted, nodes in the network, rather than try to reestablish "trusted" connections.
