shift doc to 009

Context

Following the activation of the Florence (aka 009) protocol, the doc has to be shifted by dropping Edo and linking Florence's doc pages with the refs from protocol-independent pages.

Also, the installation scripts in HowToGet have to be updated.

Applies to meta-issue nomadic-labs/tezos#462.

Manually testing the MR

Check whether:

  • the changes are correct
  • they cover all the adherences to Edo
