tezos-client: add verbose-signing and blake 2b hash to multisig command suite
Adds the verbose-signing switch to a number of the multisig commands and also displays the Blake 2b hash in the "prepare multisig*" set of commands
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
