Rollup node: compact snapshot with context reconstruction

• New version tag for snapshots
• Snapshot with one commit context
• Keep necessary L2 blocks until LCC from store
• Replay L2 blocks and rebuild context

  What do you think of adding an option in the import cmd to only import up to the LCC and disregard the rest ? That should give us a strong guarantee without too much computation while importing the snapshot BUT would need a full node to full bootstrap the rollup ?
