Integrate yes-crypto benchs in PRT framework

TL;DR: we should Integrate yes-crypto benchs in PRT framework. But it might require to change the way yes-crypto is applied to the node, embedding it and making it activable by a command-line switch for example. This might come at non-negligible cost in term of refactoring.
