Make the reference ready to integrate and replace existing, static, Michelson reference.

This is a "simple integration" consisting simply of removing the static documentation and replacing it with a link to http://tezos.gitlab.io/michelson-reference as discussed here: https://gitlab.com/nomadic-labs/tezos/-/issues/220
