Change design of issue and merge request items

I think we should change the design to make it look like on giltab.

This is how issue and MR looks on gitlab:

And this how issue and MR looks now in app:

I propose the following changes to issue and MR items in app:

1. Move name of the issue/MR to 1-st line
2. Place on the second line number of issue/MR and name of the author.
