Turn-based mode issue: a character doesn't get hit by melee attacks in tbm until he or she is hit in real-time at least once
For a strange reason, if a character enters the turn-based mode without being hit in real-time by a melee attack first, he or she doesn't get any melee hits at all. Ranged attacks are not affected by this issue and hit the character as usual. High AC is not the reason of such strange behavior. No fun when you encounter a pack of trolls and they can do nothing to you until you let them slap you on that other cheek yourself.
Here's the video demonstrating this bug: https://youtu.be/2o0khsgTlc4 . As you can see in Stats menu, the character is of low level and has a relatively low AC of 24.
Update (7 hrs after the first post): https://youtu.be/97JG-Npe19E - 5 character party test. This time it's level 45 party, undressed for the purpose of the test (AC is negligibly low). Bolster is at 110%.
