Document privacy / consent properties
FYI, it looks like many fedi instance admins are defederating kazar.ma, since it is opt-out rather than opt-in. If you want to not get defederated, I'd recommend you make this tool opt-in (probably by requiring fedi users to follow the relay bot to enable relaying, rather than treating not blocking it as "consent")
Ideally, there should also be better documentation about how this project thinks about privacy, consent, block evasion, etc — a lot of people seem to incorrectly think it's a search tool (which is a very touchy subject on many parts of the fedi). Clarifying exactly what this tool does and what it means when you are followed by it would go a long way.
Personally, I will be defederating this tool from instances I admin until it's opt in, and I suspect many other admins will as well. It would be good to put out some sort of statement now if you plan to make it opt-in, to avoid getting defederated by admins who might not notice if you change that in the future.
