Subtasks being replicated in "Edit Task view" when DAVx5 is syncing in the background

Used versions: DAVx5 4.2-alpha.1-gplay and jtx Board 1.00.05-beta01-gplay

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a remote task with subtasks, let it sync
• Edit this task and switch to subtasks section
• Trigger a sync in the background (open DAVx5 and press the sync button)
• Switch back to jtxBoard and subtasks are replicated infinitely. This makes it impossible to add new subtasks. You need to leave this view and edit again (and hope that you get a timeframe where a sync is not interrupting the edit action).
