Change logic for Due dates

In iCalendar DUE;VULUE=DATE:20220119 means, that on the midnight 18/19 January the task is overdue.

Then the users enter in Thunderbird or Evolution as due date 2022-01-19, both applications store the above value and trigger overdue signal on the switch from 18 to 19 January.

In jtx Board when I enter as DUE 2022-01-19 it shows Due today, instead of due yesterday/now overdue. I would like to have the same logic in Thunderbird, Evolution and jtx Board: when I enter as due date 2022-01-19 I mean before the 19th has started, the task must be completed.
