"Vitis" service directory location is in not suitable place

when "vits" is installed on linux desktop system, it's service directory "Vitis" is located in root of the home directory, so it pollutes the user environment.

proposal: please move the default location of the "Vitis" directory to the standard locations "/.local/share" or "/.config"
