Require a space to trigger formationbot

Right now, formationbot uses anything after /f as a formation description. In practice, I think people generally use /f (that is, a space between the /f and the actual formation), so requiring they do so would be an easy way to reduce the false positive rate. OTOH, apparently people find the false positives funny, so.
