Skill Mastery Roll Check

Would it be feasible to make skill rolls check mastery rank and if the skill rank value equals the mastery rank value then it outputs the details of that mastery rank attached to the roll as an expansion card click. If the mastery rank is simply a bonus to another skill or roll type perhaps it automatically applies to that skill/roll.

If possible a breakdown of rolls in an expansion card would also be handy to just keep track at a quick glance where rolls, keeps, bonuses, and penalties are coming from.

This would help a lot for players and dms alike to be able to quickly determine if a roll was done with the proper rolls, keeps, bonuses, and penalties. Also it would help significantly with keeping track of skill mastery details that take effect.
