Make app M1 compatible

Hi Tjark, thanks for this amazing open-source app! Would it be possible to optimize/compile it for native arm/Mac m1 chips? Using it now results in huge cpu usage (probably because of rosetta)... If you don't have a m1 Mac I can test stuff on mine. Just let me know :)
