Tutorial & Feature Request: more details and functionality

I've installed nbdev via conda and I have cloned this repo.

• I don't understand how to convert the tutorial which is GitHub based to GitLab. I would appreciate that.
• Commands like nbdev_new and make_docs_serve do not exist. How do I access them?
