feat(vscode): show progress updates when loading dependencies, and fix display of errors in taxi.conf on startup

* Adds a loading progress bar when updating dependencies
* Fixes bugs with errors in `taxi.conf` not shown at startup
* Fixes bugs with errors in `taxi.conf` and errors in `*.taxi` files overwriting each other in the "problems" pane of VSCode
