Issue using llvm 13

I am trying to use this with llvm 13. I have compiled llvm 13. I COPY PASTED THE BUILD SCRIPT INTO THE MAIN AND IT WORKS (minus the one cc call). but if I try to compile with this as a dependency I get

not sure what is going wrong.
