K8sT8S - Kubernetes Tape System

The goal of this project is to teach myself Rust, Go and Kubernetes by implementing a system that monitors the status kubernetes persistent volume claims, creates backups and restores them.

It is a learning exercise, implementation decisions are not made for production ready systems as those would increase the complexity of the project by several orders of magnitude. Across the docs you can find discussions about this decisions.
