Renovate integration with deps.dev works best if you have "pending updates" data available

For folks using renovate-graph, but who aren't using the RG_INCLUDE_UPDATES functionality, the data provided can be fairly unhelpful, as Renovate won't have full understanding of the current version of a package, usually only a version pinning like ~0.7.0.
