Run rst2myst convert doc/**/*.rst Conversion failed for doc/versions/revision.rst and doc/api/data_types.rst
Add myst-parser to doc requirements
Fix include md files
Fix references
Move to sphinx book theme (same as main Tango docs is moving to)
Many minor doc fixes and improvements
