Circular dependency between Jive and Astor

Hello.
There is a circular dependency between Jive and Astor: Astor depends on Jive (because Astor can run "Test Device") and Jive depends on Astor (not really sure why).
Though there is a workaround done with exclusions in pom.xml files, it is not a good practice.
A better solution would probably be to move common code in another project (for example: ATKWidget or a brand new project).
