Tango V10 Features

Description

As we approach the release of Tango Controls Version 10, we request all maintainers of ecosystem software using Tango to evaluate the potential integration of the following new features into your projects:

  • OpenTelemetry Integration: Consider leveraging observability tools or provide extra telemetry. See Issue
  • New Alarm Event: Implement this event type if your system handles alarms. See RFC 12 diff
  • Additional Entry in Info Request: Use the extended info reply where applicable. See RFC 10 new Info
