Download link is down and Bintray is deprecated

Jive's download link (https://bintray.com/tango-controls/maven/Jive/_latestVersion) doesn't work, it returns an 404 error. I suppose this happens because Bintray shut down on May 1st (See it's announcement).

They recommend moving to https://jfrog.com/platform/.
