Error at atkpanel startup after having changed the TANGO_HOST

Hi, In jive 7.15, if one clicks on Edit-->_Change Tango Host_ to a different TANGO HOST and then tries to monitor a device, a DB_DeviceNotDefined exception is reported by atkpanel. In the exception description, it is written "the device is not defined in the database <previous_tango_host>:<previous_tango_host_port>".

There is a similar problem with the LogViewer as reported in https://github.com/tango-controls/TangoTickets/issues/2. Cheers, Reynald
