java release:deploy-artifacts pipeline fails

The java release:deploy-artifacts pipeline failed with the following error. The problem is not an authentication problem but a tentative to add an unwanted tag here: https://gitlab.com/tango-controls/gitlab-ci-templates/-/blame/main/Java.gitlab-ci.yml?ref_type=heads#L256

The tag is already done during the mvn release:prepare phase.
