Running docker tests locally fails with OOM

Just collecting what I'm experiencing.

Since the upgrade to debian trixie I can't run the old/cxxtests locally anymore. I always get the OOM killer in the way. When I run a single test it uses around 15GB of memory for mysqld.

Anyone else seeing this?
