New custom guardrails are not added to the AI training page

Custom guardrails are being successfully created in the Guardrails tab. However, the new guardrails are not available within the AI Training tab without manually refreshing the page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in
  2. Create a new workspace.
  3. Create a new project.
  4. Enter project.
  5. Click Guardrails
  6. Click New Response
  7. Fill out the form as you want.
  8. Click Create response after filling in form.
  9. Click AI Training (Advanced)
  10. Click the intent you created
