Custom guardrails accept invalid input as intents

The custom guardrail form accepts empty values as valid intent utterances. Including these empty lines in the intent utterances might impact training reliability.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Create a new workspace.
3. Create a new project.
4. Enter project.
5. Click Guardrails
6. Click New Response
7. Fill out the form as you want. For Examples press enter 5 times.
8. Click Create response after filling in form.
9. Click AI Training (Advanced)
10. Click the intent you created (may need to refresh to see the intent)
