Some default intents have duplicate labels in interface

Some of the default intents are displaying with duplicate intent labels (ex. "no" and "no"). Duplicate labels should not display for a given intent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Create a new workspace.
3. Create a new project.
4. Enter project.
5. Click AI Training (Advanced)
6. Click on no intent.
