Missing option to delete Provider

In BYOK mode, the user cannot delete or switch the "default" provider. In the Provider List, the user should be able to delete any Provider if there is more than one Provider.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in
2. Create a new workspace
3. Create a new provider
4. Click Settings
5. Click Switch to BYOK
6. Click LLM Providers
