fix the ci problems in the forking repositories

We fix the issue on MR !28 (merged) , where @Kinpzz didn't set up the secret variables and get the build error.

For the CI artifact version, we don't need the secret variables anymore, therefore we remove them and fixed this problem.

For testing the usefulness, I've deleted and reforked the repo to ensure the secret variables to be clean. And the build process was succeeded.
