PubSub validation tool sources are not provided

The 2 validation tools open62541_puband open62541_sub are provided as executables. However, there is currently no means of rebuilding those files, making any further evolution of PubSub message format impossible.

Please provide source files, and a build procedure.

Please provide the version of Open62541 which has been initially used for this build.
