Client side: service fault response messages are not decoded

Description

On client side, when a service fault response message is received it is not decoded and treated as a response.

The actual expected response type shall be first retrieved using the request handle in order to know which treatment to apply.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
