B model: introduce separate types of request handle for client and server since constraints are different
Description
On the server side of the toolkit, when requests are received, the client can send any request handle value (!=0).
Analysis
The request handle values are managed the same way for client and server in the Toolkit. On client side values > MAX value for client shall be considered invalid, whereas on server side this constraint is not valid. As a consequence client and server request handle types shall be separated.
