Implement service translateBrowsePathToNodeId in addressSpaceAccess module

Description

Service translateBrowsePath is not accessible in method Call nor configuration phase. Implement this service in AddressSpaceAccess module to make it accessible in this phases. See part 4 chapter 5.8.4 for a description of translateBrowsePathsToNodeIds service.

Expected behavior

The service shall be accessible in addressSpaceAccess module with some limitations. Only one browsePath is supported and one targetId is returned.
