Client/Server wrapper API: standardize naming convention and organizatoin of source files

Naming convention and source files organization were fixed in new client wrapper API (#1159 (closed)) and needs to be standardized in server wrapper. Changing the naming convention leads to set old naming convention as deprecated in version 1.5.0 and will be deleted in version 1.6.0.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
